If we need to contact you regarding your order we will require a correct email address that you have regular access to and a valid contact number (see Privacy Policy re our use of customer information).
Once we have contacted you we will keep your order open for another week.
If we have no response from you your order will be cancelled – no money will be charged to your card. If you have paid by paypal a refund will be issued.
